Mexico’s Benito Juarez International Airport is the most important airport in the country; located in the heart of the capital, it receives both domestic and international flights. If you will soon be using its services and don’t know how to get there, here we will show you how.
How to get to Benito Juarez International Airport?
Before we start, it is important to know that the Terminal Aérea subway stop is the one that takes you directly to the CDMX airport, located in terminal 1. If you are going to terminal 2, you must take the internal transportation that connects the terminals, which will only take you a few minutes if you get on the Metrobus.
Let’s think that you are staying in the center of the city, and the closest Metro stop is Zócalo, which corresponds to the blue line. This route will take you to any station within the blue line itinerary.
The first thing to do is to go to the platform on the way to Tasqueña, getting off at the next station called: Pino Suarez.
When you are in Pino Suarez you must make a transfer via Pantitlan, which will take you to the final pink line, at this station you must get off.
From Pantitlán station get on the yellow line car via Politécnico, after two stops you will arrive at the Air Terminal, where you should get off.
The trip can take a little over an hour, so be cautious about the time of your ticket.
